Heart and SPINE was created for those who feel caught between striving and softness, achievement and emotional fulfillment.

For those who learned to perform, protect, over-give, shut down, or stay guarded in order to survive.

For those who grew up without feeling fully emotionally safe, deeply seen, unconditionally loved, or meaningfully challenged into their highest potential.

Many people carry wounds from the feminine - a lack of emotional safety, nurturing, or unconditional love.

Others carry wounds from the masculine - a lack of healthy leadership, accountability, encouragement, and guidance into strength and excellence.
